Steane carried out the full Mechanical and Electrical Fit out installation of Galliford Try's new Head Quarters.
The project included for new open plan office spaces, meeting rooms, offices, comms room and HR department area.

- Partial design of works
- New AC system
- New VRF units
- Re configure the ventilation system
- Re configure the lighting system and lighting control system to allow for the new rooms
- Re configure the Fire alarm system to allow for the new rooms
- New smart phone enabled access control system
- New data cabling
- New lighting to toilets
- New hand dryers
- New floor boxes in the raised floor fed via busbar system
- Power modifications
- New staff kitchen and breakout area
