About our services

We undertake M&E projects across a variety of market sectors including Offices and Warehousing, Apartments and High Spec Residential, Retirement Villages and Specialist Dementia Care, Schools, Colleges and Universities, Leisure Facilities, Retail Units and Restaurants, Hospitals and Medical Centre’s.

Our specialist Heritage division work for the National Trust and Warwick Castle on a regular basis providing technical advice and installation.

Small Works to Major Projects

Our Major Projects team work predominantly across the Midlands and surrounding environs on large multi-million pound projects. We cover all areas of the M&E package delivering schemes to the highest quality and health and safety standards. Our fully qualified and experienced Engineers and Support Staff ensure continuity throughout with all contracts being led by M&E Project Managers and SSTS trained Site Managers.

Within our Small Works department, our Special Projects and Maintenance team carry out planned and reactive maintenance for clients such as Coventry Cathedral and other local businesses.

Quality design

Our Design partners provide fully co-ordinated M&E drawings and schematics developing design solutions using the latest 2D, 3D or BIM led software from concept design to construction issue.

With the focus always on the Client and the needs of the development, we can advise on practical cost effective solutions that can minimise energy use whilst still maintaining efficiency.
