Steane completed the Mechanical and Electrical design and installation for this new secure Autism Unit working on a live site at Brooklands Hospital in Birmingham.
The Unit provides accommodation for 8 residents and safe communal spaces and self-contained areas.
Heated by air source heat pumps with individually controlled heaters in each room, the build also has a PV system which contributed to the BREEAM excellence rating it achieved.
