Client: Seven Capital
Steane was awarded the Mechanical and Electrical Design and Build contract for this £30m project. The former Harrison Drape curtain factory and office building was redeveloped into 313 high spec apartments (73 studios, 152 one bedroom and 88 two bedroom flats) with the construction of two new floors alongside a retail unit, parking and landscaping.
