Steane were appointed to carry out the Mechanical and Electrical Design and Installation to this existing building which included for two new cinema screens, a larger Cafe/Bar area, roof terrace, more creative and arts space, offices and toilets area.
Since completion late 2023, Steane is carrying out the M&E planned maintenance for the new development.
