Steane completed the M&E design and build package for this £9.5 million Care home in Shrewsbury consisting of 69 one and two bedroom apartments with communal areas such as residents lounge, restaurant, roof terrace, cafe and landscaped gardens.
This scheme was awarded a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ due to its underfloor heating and intelligent building managements systems with fully integrated user controls.
